All Melt & Glow candles are hand-poured in Adelaide, South Australia.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods or launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Adelaide / South Australia: 1–3 business days
  • Interstate (Australia-wide): 3–7 business days

 

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to Australia Post or courier delays, extreme weather, or peak periods.


✨Due to high temperatures, shipping may be delayed to protect your candle. If weather conditions are unsuitable, we may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time or local drop-off (Adelaide customers only).✨

 

Returns & Exchanges

Because candles are a personal and consumable product, used or burned candles cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Used, burned, or partially melted candles
  • Natural wax characteristics (such as frosting or minor surface imperfections)

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging

 

We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.


Heat Disclaimer

Melt & Glow candles are made with natural waxes that may soften or melt in hot weather. Slight melting during transit does not affect candle performance and is not considered a fault.
